As my girlfriend and I decided where we wanted to watch the UNC vs Duke game she suggested Beef O Brady's. I agreed we walked over to the location in Baxter. I am walking up to the location I see it says family sports bar, never been here before wanting to give it a try. Our waiter was great the food was pretty good. Regular bar food, made a little change to my order and the waiter made sure it came out like I wanted. While I am eating I look up and see a man, a woman, and a child sitting at a table near the bar. The man is in the woman's face yelling at her about something, he continues to the point where I wanted to get up and say something to him. I didn't, I flagged our waiter down and told him "that gentleman is yelling at that lady" the waiter responds "yes I know that's our owner and his wife!" I said that's crazy. The waiter responds "I'm sorry I wish there was something I could do".
We will not be back, I can't respect a place when the owner is going to cause a scene in front of his customers by yelling at his wife in front of everyone and his child.
If a family friendly place wants business the best place to start is probably with the owners own family. Just saying.
