Don't buy your phone here. Unprofessional, condescending, and dishonest. I purchased an iPhone 8+ and traded in my old iPhone 6S. Got my son a new phone too and trades in his antique iphone5. Realized after we left that they never showed us our wipes phones. They had even kept the case to my 6s. Went on to ICloud to Find My iPhone and my 6s showed up. Called apple and they told me to erase the phone and that when the phone went back on line it would be wiped. Called the store and spoke to the manger who was nice but offered no solution. A week later when the phone was still showing up on my Find My iPhone app I went back to the store to find out what happened and what to do. Again, not helpful in any way. Basically the rep told me there was nothing he could do and appeared not to care the least bit that I was concerned about my data being compromised. This is a phone with all my personal data on it and they can not tell me what happened or how to resolve the issue even tho it is an issue of their making. I understand mistakes happen, I made the mistake of not having the salesperson show me my wiped phone, but to not work to find a solution to a serious problem they created is not OK.
