Can I give less than 1 star? We bought this groupon deal and anxiously awaited their arrival. 1) they showed up, convinced my husband that our deal ONLY covered the very front of the ducts. We paid $50 for a $250 value. That is definitely NOT what we got. They said we only paid $50 so we only get that service. NOT THE POINT OF GROUPON DEALS!!!!!!!!!!!! 2) I called and attempted to speak to the (not so friendly) person multiple times. Just to schedule an appointment was a bear in itself. Then I called and left a very unhappy message with them AND the contractors. So I guess it is a company, who contracts techs? Let's just say it is confusing. You pay for one company and then they send an entirely differently named company out. So they did a TERRIBLE JOB. I called, left messages, and finally someone got back to me. I already called Groupon for a refund because it was terrible. And NOW THEY WON'T STOP CALLING ME. I have told them multiple times to lose my number. What do you want!? Stop calling!
