This place came highly recommended, so I was rather shocked when I received less than stellar customer service while buying a house. A majority of the time it was me calling and chasing around the Realtor to try and get answers, or to see what was going on. The main Realtor is extremely hard to get a hold of, we thought we would be working with him, instead we find ourselves speaking more to his assistant than him. We received e-mails about offers and counter offers instead of the more appropriate phone call. We were left to basically decide what our options were on our own, even when we called with questions regarding a counter offer or accepting the offer we were put on the back burner and waited sometimes days to receive an answer, and when we would get it it came from the assistant and not the Realtor. It seems they have too many clients at the moment and they are not able to give the proper dedication and attention to each one. If it weren't for us just wanting this process to be over, we would have moved on to a different real estate firm.
