Please be aware if you have pets at Ansley falls you are most likely going to be conned out of over 1300 dollars.
We recently moved out, no stains no smells,and a clean walkthrough where nothing was mentioned, our dog is trained and were told that an invisible, stain, that had no smell was found and they had to replace the ENTIRE carpet, their evidence was a hand written note, no photos or proof of any kind, we have been told tales of black lights etc.
The short story here is there really is no way to get around this its clearly an added fee as part of having a pet.
So on top of the massive crime (how many of you have had your cars broken into) the constant gate issues which lead to the massive amount of crime, and all the other issues (garbage cans anyone!!) you have this to look forward too.
We are paying two months of our lease rather than have someone else move in here because we don't want someone else to go through this.
Don't move here you will regret it and its a year of your life that you will never get back
