I had my car towed to Prestige to get worked on and was contacted by Miguel regarding the repairs. After some discussion I decided to trade it in. I was put in contact with Glenn in sales and I'm thankful I was. Glenn and I were able to discuss and come to a fair price on my trade in as well as a fair price on another vehicle through one of their sister dealerships(Towbin Dodge). I made arrangements to come in Saturday afternoon to finalize the deal and Glenn and Alex(sales manager) had everything ready to go when I arrived. That morning Glenn had personally went to Towbin and got the vehicle I requested and had it ready for me at Prestige when I arrived. After a quick discussion of some financing options I was in with the finance gentleman(I apologize for forgetting his name) and closed the deal. The entire process from initial talks with the service department to email/text communications with Glenn to the actual signing of the paperwork...the entire process was incredibly smooth and painless. I highly recommend Prestige especially the gentlemen I have named in this review if you're shopping for a vehicle.
