First, I love that you can customize nearly everything. I ordered 2 "custom" couches and an oversize ottoman for a very reasonable price, I could have possibly gotten slightly cheaper through another store but I liked the mom and pop feel of this place. I was told it would take about 6 weeks for them to get in (normally I hate waiting) but I knew it was worth it to get exactly what we wanted. They actually came in 2 weeks early and Furniture Plus delivered them to me the next day. 1 week later we noticed a very small hole in one of the couch cushions. It was so small we thought about just flipping it over to the other side and not bothering with what we assumed would be a hassle. After flipping the cushion we found an even bigger hole on the underside of the other cushion (have to flip and reverse for it to work), which was too big to ignore. I called furniture plus and Bruce said he would order 2 new covers for me ASAP. I regret not finding them before we had ordered some of our other furniture from another not so pleasant place.
