I picked out appliances I liked, got what I thought was a good price, and paid for them. Little did I know that even though I paid for MY appliances, they would not be held for me, or marked for delivery for me. SO YOU PAY FOR YOUR STUFF, BUT IT ISN'T EVEN YOURS!!! When we were ready for delivery during the kitchen remodel.... the appliances were not in stock, or had been delivered to other people who ordered and paid AFTER I did.... SO we waited, and waited for delivery, delaying construction. And the hood for over the cooktop--- 1st one delivered was a damaged store model not in a box and without mounting hardware. Not a very positive experience overall.
