I tried to disregard the terrible customer reviews that Hendrick Luxury Collision Center had online and give them a chance. What do you know, they lived up to their reviews. I took my BMW 750 in for a simple estimate on a bumper repair/replacement after I was rear-ended. It took them an hour to write up a quote and I was the only customer waiting. Then when they provided me with a hard-copy of the quote, I asked if they could email it to me which my representative, Crystal, said she would do "right away" in addition to giving me a call back the next day to let me know when they could schedule an appointment. Well, she didn't email me the quote and never gave me a call back. I called her the next day to follow-up and she replied that she was waiting to hear back from her manager but would "definitely get back to me by the end of the day." Well we get to the end of the day and I call them back 5 minutes before they close and she tells me that her manager has left for the day and asks if she can get back to me the following day. Keep in mind I didn't care how much the estimate was, I just wanted to get the car fixed ASAP and they couldn't even tell me yes or no if they could fit me in by the end of the year. Needless to say, they provided me with a terrible customer service experience. If you're looking for a quality repair shop in Charlotte with great customer service, check out Body Works Plus. I was recommended them by a friend so I gave them a call to which they replied they could service my car a week and a half out. The lady I talked to on the phone, Pat, was extremely helpful and very nice.
