The owner is so kind, the staff so helpful, places to sit, magazines to read, little nooks and crannies to sit out of the crowd, large beautiful windows so you don't feel like you're drowning in machines, and excellent dry-cleaning service.
Also, the entire staff should be commended for constantly keeping things so clean. It can't be easy, perpetually cleaning the floors, machines and counters so many times a day. I always, always see someone doing so, every single time I visit. It may feel futile to be constantly scrubbing, but if you have to fold clothes on a cold winter's night, it's wonderful to do so in such a clean, warm place. Thank you.
