I came to discount tires bcoz i had a bubble in one tire and couldn't wait for my other shop to order tires. So I had to deal with discount and there very poor customer support. when you have a business with a lot of customers waiting. Don't you want to give them the best experience possible? I just don't get why this place don't have more then one person helping customers..... buying tires shouldn't be as hard as buying a new car!!! (Shouldn't take hours) I just wish they cared more about thr customers then the labor hours they have to pay their employees... Yes I get it everyone deserve the attention of the last customer.. But when you come in and you see one person at the counter and a lobby full of customers waiting for thr cars and some waiting to buy tires. It can be very discouraging.. Once I got to the counter service was great. I was disappointed for the wait and the quality of the tires. I went from 310 miles per full tank to 250. I was told the tires I was buying wouldn't have any change on my MPG's. Lies!!
