Room was clean and had nice things to walk around and see. Check in staff was friendly. My only complaint is for the housekeepers. The night before bed we put our "do not disturb" sign on our door. Well housekeepers apparently cant read 8 am they bang on the door, i opened it and said come back after check out please, she said ok. Since we were up we went for breakfast and then came back up to relax before check out. It is now 930 and again here comes the same housekeeper banging...yes banging on the door. Again i said, no thank you we will leave at check out and then you can come in to clean. She said ok and walked away. About 1030 she came back but my sister was in the shower and i left to help out family pack. My sister says that same housekeeper came in without knocking and luckily my sister was out the shower so she was able to tell her...no thank you please come back. In spanish she says to another housekeeper "man these people dont know how to leave" it is 1030 check out is 12 wtf was your hurry for us to leave?! We speak spanish so umm hello we understood what you said lady. I really wish i would of cought her name. We were going to stay another night but we left and stayed somewhere else...where we are actually treated as guests!
