This is why I dont go to other places.. This place is awful. NO one introduced themselves! I made an appointment for 1030. We got there early at 10am and they were not busy. The lady asked me if we wanted pedis. I said yes. She never asked if I wanted a mani! Our pedis took 30min. I asked about a regular mani (not gel), "we have no time" they said. I said my appointment time is for now. NOPE! They wanted me to wait. Funny when they didn't have 2 people waiting for services they were more then willing to provide the service.
My sisters lady rushed through her pedi didn't even put tissue in between toes, she had paint on cuticles afterwards. Talk about sloppy!
I went to check out and the lady was doing another persons pedi..she walks over with gloves on and takes my card. What the hell? That is gross, I don't want someone else's feet on my card. She should have taken off her wet gloves.
And to top it all off they speak to each other in another language constantly. I think that's rude. End of story.n
I will continue to take my money to Jeniza nails in Tempe. They are WAY worth the drive!
