SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Totally not concerned about your needs. My first day, nurses playing on their phones laughing with each other while I waited in front of them for medication for 20mins and no one wanted to help. The nurses are lazy and because they have a uniform and badge, they feel superior to the patients and treat them like animals especially when patients ask for their medications. It's ridiculous! They're only here to rack up the insurances and charge as much as they can because they have a hotel like facility with good food and a park like setting. It's a facade. Nothing special at all with these ppl. And on top of it all, they talk about not fraternizing with the men or women but the first and only day I was there, I was told by the women who's they were dating and how much bullshit went on there. They mandatory want to keep you at least 21 days. But it's totally not worth the money or insurance cost. This is the WORST place for treatment. But I will tell you this, Desert Hope has other ppl from other states living in their facilities making money off of them. I'm a local and for this place to be called luxury is joke! They'll sell you on whatever you want to hear but when you're there, everything changes. Total FRAUD!!! I will NEVER get help here nor recommend this place to anyone.
