Had the worst experience ever with a groomer. As i entered the establishment I accidentally let a dog out who used his nose to open the second door and get out. One of the groomers caught the dog and proceeded to cuss me out. I'm sure dogs get out all the time and it wasn't something I did intentionally. I think the groomers behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. I was really upset and decided not to leave my dog there. I have never been so disrespected at any establishment. I don't recommend them to anyone. They will never get another dollar out of me. I think they should train their staff in better methods of dealing with their customers.
