I believe many people out there have had their fair share of unhelpful management or a rude staff member from their place of residence, which can be down right difficult or even become unlivable. I had several people refer me to Arizona Tenants, after making several phones call (mostly because I wasn't sure if I their services were something I wanted to do) I made an appointment to come in. Upon my first appointment, I did decide it was my best option for my personal situation. Since it was a big step and commitment, I tended to call... a lot with random questions that sometimes did and even didn't apply to me. They were incredibly helpful and patient with me as started this process. Even though I am out of that specific residences, I am still dealing with the after affects and they are still being incredibly helpful and answering all my relevant and irrelevant questions, which is amazing. My only other thought is to be prepared to spend the amount of time it takes to get things properly taken care of. Don't try to rush the process because you might miss something.
