Wish I could give O stars. I am so annoyed after going there with a comforter that is cotton and I requested it be laundered. I had a coupon for $19.99 and asked to use it. The note in the coupon said $5 more for dry cleaning and down filled items. This item had NO feathers and I specifically did not want it dry cleaned. ( horrid chemicals). Counter girl didn't seem to know what to do. Kept me waiting while she phoned her boss. Then tells me ALL household items need dry cleaned and bedspreads and comforters are household items. Why would they publish and mail out coupons for bedspreads and comforters and sleeping bags for $19.99 if they are going to boost the price to $27+ when a customer comes in with an item? Bait and switch? Poor customer relations in my opinion. No wonder this place is marked with four dollar signs.
