I travel through this airport twice a week along with airports all over the country. I think PHX is by far one of the easiest airports we have. I rarely have issues with TSA and the few times I have they were just doing their job. It's not confusing or difficult to change terminals and even during the holidays I can appreciate the layout. Some of the best airport food can be found here and the bathrooms are CLEAN. I don't think a perfect airport will ever exist but they came really close when they brought in "pet me" dogs last month! Reading some of the reviews left me shaking my head because the complaints in them are so trivial and let to really low ratings. Seriously? "It's crowded" and "not enough artwork" are the silliest things I have read. Airports get crowded. PHX is all windows leaving little room for Art because the desert is the artwork. Five stars because it's my favorite airport and it isn't DFW or BWI.
