Rates as one star, terrible customer service via communication with office and dispatch. Work was never checked and lock not properly working after Tech left. Dispatch could not locate Tech to return to fix job, took several phone calls and 3 different operators to locate and send back Tech. When he finally returned, he admitted that he gave us the wrong name when he introduced himself, said he left without checking his work as if it was his regular routine. I would never recommend them.
