I was a little disappointed at the choices of cars when I arrived right when they opened. I had also booked over a month in advance and requested a Volkswagen Jetta, what I received was a Nissan Sentra. The equivalent was fine, but the car ran like it was due for maintenance and the sensor kept going off for the tire pressure, even though when I checked the tires the pressure was fine. When I arrived to pick up the car, a woman was exchanging her vehicle because it had tire issues, so I don't think my experience was an isolated issue. I rented a car because I wanted something comfortable and reliable to travel to California and back in, without having to put the miles on my personal vehicle. The other issue was they have several people behind the counter, but only one person checking in and checking out customers. The wait time would be less, if they used their staff more effectively. Other Enterprises I have rented from had a better vehicle selection and the cars were better maintained, so I am going to assume that it is just the 91st ave and Bell location, in Peoria
, AZ that has these issues. Enterprise has in the past always been fast, curteous, reliable, and offered the best prices. Therefore, I would still recommend Enterprise as a rental choice, just maybe not this particular location.
