Rotten Apple: Went to this location today desperately looking for help with my iPhone. I had locked myself out until the phone became disabled. Couldn't unlock, reset it anything ...I WAS OFF THE GRID for 2 days!!!! Upon walking into the door a super cheery young man approached us and asked how they could help us. I explained to him what had happened he said that he could make an appointment for us but it would be at least a 2hr wait... or... he could set us up to come back tomorrow. We said ok and he said the appointment time would be 5:25... PM!!??!! He then said we could go home and try to repair it ourselves. We told him we did all of that from the Apple help site. He said we would be better off calling Apple tech support.... WHAT ARE THEY??!!! I thought that's what they do there. I asked him if my carrier could help he said he doubted it. We left and went to our carrier.... THEY DID help us and had to reset it. Thank goodness it backed up before that happened. So thanks for the over the top greeting no thanks to the customer service and stance behind your product. I'm thinking about going to android.
