Stayed at the hotel a little while back and ate at the buffet. The lady there was really disrespectful. My fiance is a wounded warrior and can't stand for prolonged periods of time. We called the concierge and they said they would make necessary accommodations if we let them know. We spoke to someone working at the front that said we could pull a number sit down and come back when our time slot came. Little did we know that we had to stand in line at the time we pulled. We explained our situation again to the cashier lady and she laughed in his face and said that we must be joking. He could not be a wounded warrior and retired since he was so young. We were in shock and disbelief that someone could be so rude. We complained to the manager and the front desk because we felt very disrespected and all they did was casually apologize and said it would be investigated. A couple weeks later he called corporate numerous times with no response. Then he gets a letter in the mail stating that this incident could possibly not have happened because they were rated the number one buffet in vegas..what B.S.
