I use this location fairly often as it is much more convenient than going to the airport when I need a car, but most recently I used them after I was rear ended and they went above and beyond. I ran in 3 minutes before closing to try and get a car, they didn't act like it was inconvenient or upset that I was making them stay late. They took the time to ask if I was okay and then got me setup in a car. 2 days later when I needed to change to a smaller car they held one for me until I could get there and then a week later when I found out it was going to be 10 more days before my car was going to be done they upgraded me for free because I hated the car I was in. They may not always be the cheapest, but the customer service has made them my first choice from now on.
