This place is steps above any other bakery/baking company in the area. I will drive 15 minutes in the complete opposite direction just so I can get a sticky bun. The food is amazing. The sweet cream scones taste like a scone should be. Not overly sweet like most places or dense like a freakin brick, it's perfect. They have several different options, my favorite is the one that comes with jam on top. Looks like a huge thumbprint cookie.
They have a wide variety of breads, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Their focaccia comes with a variety of toppings like rosemary or onions.
My personal favorites are the crossaints. They're huge! They also lack the traditional shape found in grocery stores. It may be trivial but I love that homemade rustic look.
The set up allows customers to see the bakers in the background making all the delicious items.
This place is by far my favorite baking company in the area.
