First of all I was late for my appointment time by 10 mins because I was confused by my gps. I called and they were very patient and kind. The doctor was thorough but quick. The next part was where I was so impressed. Bonni spent no less than 40 mins helping me to find frames that would fit my large rim nose. These being my first pair of "real" glasses she was INCREDIBLY patient explaining to me why certain frames weren't ideal for my needs. I left there knowing that I have super cute frames that I will be happy with long term. Be aware that you might spend more than $69.00. From the upgraded lenses to the progressive lenses I needed it was over $500 for 2 complete pairs and eye exam, but my husband spent that on one pair at a competitor. Overall I'm so impressed with the service I received and a happy customer because of Bonni and the rest of the staff.
