Went to this location today to deposit coins. I handed Stephny all my coins and as she's counting them I pull a small bag of dollar coins I ask do I need to roll these she says yes hands me a few rolls. I procede to roll my 39 coins she says with a smart expression are you rolling them now I said yes she said but if a customer comes in I'll have to help them. I turned around nobody inside or near door and another banker is on phone. Bank completely empty! I had 39 coins! Only 25 needed to be put in roll! WTH! It's the way she says it to you like you are a bother. I just didn't end up rolling them instead closed my account. She proceeded to do that wrong also. Had to sit with Joann to fix everything . Joann was so pleasent and understanding wish I went to her in the first place. Sad been with them 8 years.
