The worst customer service from one of the deliver men, they came in dropped everything in my living room and left. I will be calling the BBB. I called and spoke with Carlos and told him about the delivery service he advised me if any of the product is damaged he would have it picked up, well the couch could not be put together because the pre drilled holes were to big, too afraid to see what the love seat looks like. I wish I could give them their furniture back just how they gave it too me . I will be calling contact 13 plus I I have already begun to tell all my friends, family members, and co workers to NEVER buy anything from them ...
