Go before 1PM because after that they completely stop rotating food and it just gets worse and worse with each shift change. I've had a few good experiences here and then twice as many average/bad experiences. This is the type of place to mess your food up and get a attitude with you cause you pointed it out. If you need something quick to hold you over then stop in but I'd say your life will be just fine if you never ate here.
