Earl was extremely helpful to me when I went in for a quote. Ended up going with another company, to save some mullah, but this dude really went the extra mile to try to gain my business. Also, called me the next day to follow up. I told him I went with a competitor so told me he'd call me before my new policy renews to re-quote, etc... He was easy to deal with, very professional. But money talks! If their prices come down, I'll switch!
