Style Encore is okay (pretty crowded) for shopping, but has a horrible return policy. I bought two pairs of shoes and at the register, I was told by the salesman that they could be returned for store credit as long as I brought them back within a week with the tags still on them and accompanied by the receipt. After bringing the shoes home and wearing them for an hour around the house, I knew they weren't the right fit for me. I took them back and was told I could not return them for store credit-shoes count as accessories (Really!?) and it's listed on the receipt that accessories cannot be returned. I wish the store was more clear that shoes are indeed considered accessories there. Had I known that, I wouldn't have taken a chance on the shoes. *Update: The manager offered me a full refund, but I never saw her comment until after I gave the shoes away. It's nice to know they were willing to remedy a situation in which their employee misguided me.
