If I could give Artisan Bodyworks a 6th star, I would. I don't know much about cars, but Martin went out of his way to explain in great detail how he planned to repair some nasty-looking damage on my Prius as a result of narrowly clipping the side of my own apartment building (dumb, I know). He was respectful, friendly, and didn't condescend or try to take advantage of me and my little knowledge of cars (an experience I usually have with men who work at car places). I went to two other highly rated places in town for estimates and they both quoted me at OVER $300 MORE. And they weren't friendly, but I won't go into detail about that here. Martin even glued together some felt that had come undone on my center console for FREE. And he accommodated my inconvenient pick-up (boyfriend had to get the car for me since I was out of town). Lastly, he didn't charge me for keeping my car there an extra day after the repair was finished. And it looks brand new! You'd never notice the previous damage. I hope I don't have to return soon, but in any case I will be a loyal customer to Artisan Bodyworks!
