I just had a terrible and disappointing experience here. Several peoples buzzers to alert them that their food was ready were not working, as usual. Additionally, food was just sitting there. Everyone at my table received their food and after 40 minutes I finally got my food. I asked a manger if he could do anything. He said yes and ran off. He never came back to me and tried to avoid me for the rest of the time I was there. He didn't even apologize or try to comp me at all. Really upsetting that this place is totally dysfunctional. I'm very apprehensive about coming back.
