I did have to wait for over a week for the Leak Squad to come out, but, all of the other companies also had the same waiting period. I am THRILLED I had these people help me. I have a deep pool that almost COMPLETELY emptied TWICE and there was no water visibly to be seen. Every day I worried about my foundation. The Leak Squad came out and found cracks NO OTHER COMPANY could find. Not only did they find the cracks, they were willing to make a second trip out (with only a two day waiting period) to SHOW the cracks to us. (This second trip was free.) At that point, I was more than happy to begin getting the cracks fixed and the pool resurfaced. The pebble tech is now out of the pool and the cracks are VERY visible. I highly recommend this company. I had previously hired another leak specialist company (I waited almost two weeks for them to come out) and they actually put on their $200 bill I had NO cracks. Do yourself a favor and hire this company!
