This company is horrible. I would never rent from them. They do not fix any issues. They don't keep up with house maintenance and do not reimburse in any way for money lost on appliances going bad and not being fixed. It takes weeks to get anything even remotely addressed. They also are rude and their vendors skip appointments and look extremely questionable. I wouldn't trust them alone in the house. They also don't mention known scorpion infestations and tell you after you rent that you're responsible for pest control. If I had known my daughter would have to risk being stung all the time I wouldn't have bothered.
