I went to this location to get gel nails done for my graduation. The gel was way to thick (made it even more complicated to do tasks with my hands), each nail was a different length/shape, not to mention the colour smudged on my clothes when I left the store. I got a matte black color, the nail looked very uneven and bumpy and it's even more noticeable on a matte color. I shouldn't of left the store or paid after noticing how bumpy & ridged the nail looked in all honesty! I immediately went back in the store & asked for a color change to red & gold. She was very rude & rough even though she was gentle & friendly the original time. She did a sloppy job removing the black as it is a difficult color to get of the skin & applied the red messy! I figured maybe she'd go back in with nail polish remover to clean up the paint on my skin but she didn't even do that. I left the store with $60 less in my pocket, trashy looking nails, & unsatisfied overall. I wish I got the name of the nail artist but she was the youngest girl working, maybe in her 20s.
