I've lived here for 4 years and experienced a host of issues, such as my car being broken into, dog feces in the hallway, fire extinguishers being removed by inspectors and then never being replaced, and unresponsive staff (at least they got rid of the old apartment manager, who couldn't bother to renew my lease until I had asked her multiple times). I could ignore all of this if it werent't for the fact that our downstairs neighbours have had a dog that barks incessantly since February, and despite following up with the office, leaving courtesy officer messages (as they instructed me to), etc. they have done nothing to address the issue.
This dog barks on and off, 24 hours a day. 7am? It's barking. 7pm through to 1am, literally non stop because the owners won't take it outside? Yup! Many nights I simply cannot get a good night's rest due to this.
There are a couple good things about this place. The maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and responsive, and the location is near a nice shopping centre. However, this means very little when you are constantly subjected to irresponsible tenants who won't take care of their pets and the staff don't do anything about it.
