RUN...do not walk away from this office. First, it is impossible to reach a human being by phone. Second, I was referred to Dr. Walters for new hearing aids (already approved) simply needed a new audiogram and order the aids. I could not get the appt., she NEVER called me. The office has VM stating leave a message someone will return the call w/I 24 hrs. I called every day for 2 weeks. No return call. PATHETIC. Skip it. Find a different audiologist, ENT, allergist, whatever you were considering treatment from this office - reconsider!!!
