I noticed the transmission temp on my truck has been running high recently. I called RAD mid-day on Tuesday to see if there was any chance i could get my truck in that day. I spoke to Rod and while they were very busy, he said bring it in. I spoke to Dawn when i arrived. We discussed the issue, she gave me a few options and talked over each solution. An hour later i was on my way and my transmission temp had dropped significantly. What a refreshing change to get your vehicle serviced with incredible customer service!
