WORST service I have ever seen! ALL 8 employees who were on duty that night ignored me, a NEW customer. The manager does not hold employees accountable for their actions! I waited 40 minutes while one employee named Will ate popcorn, played a guitar, and sang songs. Other employees were doing the same thing. They went as far as restocking towels and supplies, washing down counters, and cleaning the restroom. They were clearly purposefully ignoring me, as at least 7 other people who arrived after I did were served before me. Upon hasty departure, Will said that he did not notice that we were still there, even though he was at the counter at least 5 times. I asked to speak to the manager Caitlyn, who came to the counter and gave me a smug look that basically said "We don't want to serve you, or want you as a customer." As a small business owner myself, I would fire ALL eight employees who were on shift at that time. No apology, free haircut, or anything else. Walked out. The WORST hair salon I have ever been to! NEVER coming back!
