Staff has no product knowledge and needs to be trained.
Receipt has no return/exchange policy printed on it.
Phone number on the receipt is wrong. You will have to look up the correct phone number on their website if you would like to contact this store location.
Aside from not knowing anything about their products, associates are dishonest and will sell you an open box product without explaining or even mentioning it to you.
I would give zero but let's face it. Location is great. You get to take selfies and will be able to use their PC for FB, IG while waiting for your pictures to print. Polaroid is polaroid, it sells itself. They just need a new team or re-train their team to represent their brand.
