For the most part, this service is very good. There is one thing they absolutely cannot get right. When I travel, 90% of the time I do not check baggage. When making an online reservation, there is the option to denote a pickup point. I always enter to meet me at the Starbuck's between the two baggage claim areas. My driver is NEVER at the designated area. They are ALWAYS at the baggage carousel. I shouldn't have to chase these guys down. If you ask me where to meet me and I tell you, why aren't you communicating this to your drivers? This is really silly. I called to ask about it after about the fourth time this happened and the reservationist told me,"Oh, we don't send that information to the drivers." What? Uber will fix a lot of the transportation issues in Las Vegas.
