They have really nice products here, but the customer service made us decide not to purchase anything here. We came in looking for a new couch set to upgrade our old furniture. Our budget wasn't huge, but we weren't asking for Ikea prices, either. Upon finding out we weren't planning on spending over a few thousand dollars, the sales representative immediately looked down her nose at us, almost literally. She repeatedly showed us a very ugly couch we'd already told her we disliked, and then repeatedly showed us more options that were both quite a bit more expensive than the number we had quoted and quite the opposite of what we were looking for aesthetically. We eventually escaped her and found the outlet section, which she hadn't bothered to tell us about, and then she was a bit huffy when she found us there. It didn't end up having anything that fit what we were looking for, but I'm not sure why she wouldn't at least want to show us the option-- apparently not making a sale was better than making a mid-size one. We did see a table set here that we quite liked, but this was "How to Not Sell Furniture 101" so we ended up getting a different one elsewhere. They did have quality furniture, but we won't be back.
