I've been following my doctor, Rama Harouni, all around town. I left her for a couple of years when she moved to a start-up practice that was so badly run I couldn't deal with it. I split before that mismanaged start-up went belly up overnight.
At first I liked the doctors that I switched to, a husband-and-wife team who were young and fairly new in town. But when they started playing around with office hours and switching doctors on me, not to mention a revolving-door support staff who were totally incompetent, I went back to Dr. Harouni. (I reviewed her a long time ago on Yelp and haven't changed my opinion).
But I'm reviewing the facility here, and so far I like it. There's a big, comfortable waiting room with friendly front-desk staff. I wasn't asked to fill out 15 pages of intake information, although for the sake of full disclosure, they still had my records from the doctor's last place. And I didn't have to wait long before being led to the examining room by a pleasant young woman, and got to see the doctor very soon after that.
It's location, in the Kohl's shopping center and across from Boca Park, is terrific, and lets me get some errands done before and after.
So far I've been to this facility twice, initially and for the follow-up, and if my opinion stays high I'll update my review and raise them one.
