I'm now on my third massage by Kate at Upper Beaches Health, and she's so good I'm wondering if I can stretch my budget to receive massages by her on a regular basis. Each massage addressed a different problem, and each time she integrated various massage techniques into a harmonious whole.
I wondered on my last massage: will it be as good as the others, even though it won't focus on my shoulders and back, where I carry most of my tension? And it was. She did this amazing thing with my neck: it seemed like she was just holding my neck up off the massage table, but with an amazing technique. I don't remember the name of the technique, but I remember the feeling even now. This woman has serious talent.
