The absolute WORST in customer service. They boast a 24/7 service. Yes, they have an "after hours division". But you will not get a service provider after hours EVER, under any circumstances. And that is the truth. The contractors are their sister company. (Residential service center) Hence repairs , AS CHEAP as you can get. WHENEVER they want to do them. AND they do not have enough help, YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER for a repairman to come to your home. DAYS AND DAYS! And the people on the phone, the worst attitude as well. The offices are literally next door or very close to one another. They act like "you have to call residential service center" to resolve the issue. Uhhhhh, how about just YOU doing your job, walk next door or forward the call and help someone out? They do not pass on the service request to the needed people. NO CALL BACKS. And when you ask them why, the response is like "I'm on the phone miss, how can I help". Never-mind the fact that I was actually waitinf patiently, initially. Now the person has an attitude because I HAVE an attitude for shitty service. OH AND LISTEN UP!!! I had a water heater go out. That's fine, it happens. I was given A quote of 300 some bucks first, then it was like when the repairman got here, he finished draining my water heater by hooking the hose up etc and letting finishing draining. Meanwhile he called his bosses and they called me and said it is NOW 525! I was like what? "Mam, the repairman is waiting in his van outside and will not return to finish the job until you pay the entire amount NOW." I HAVE THE MONEY. THAT ISNT THE POINT. "You have 5 mins to decide or he's leaving to the next job". ( she said with an attitude) I'm like what? Uh I needed to take a few mins and call my man and tell him what was up and see if we could do something else. But she was determined to be rude. Determined to start the work and leave it half way and now I
