Yesterday my husband and I flew home through Mesa Gateway. Waited an hour for our bags. Went to the parking machine, by the baggage claim to pay our parking, my husband put in his credit card, it was a chip card, it wouldn't take chip credit cards, it wanted cash. We put in the cash, got another token and a receipt. Went to the parking lot, got in our car, pulled up to the gate, put in the token and of course, it would not open!! The local security crew answered our call from the gate but they had no clue why the token did not work and thank goodness we had a receipt so they finally just opened the gate. REALLY, NO CHIP READER FOR CREDIT CARDS!!!
