So I reserved my room and I let them know it was just me and my husband and a king size bed was fine and when I got there they gave us 2 queen size beds.
On Saturday we were coming back to the hotel from getting our marriage license and it turned out that the second and third level from their self parking was being saved for employees so we drive around with the rest of the traffic for almost an hour and went back and ask the rent a cop mall looking security when will be it be open and what would he suggest? And he said "you're asking me?! Really? Just drive around, I can't make spots magically appear for you" and that's when my husband just snapped and said "why you gotta be a smart ass bro, it's a fucking question, you work here right?" And then the guy starts with "like I said have a good night!" So we got into it with him. Later on that night my husband went to ask waitress at this restaurant where the bathroom was at and he couldn't hear her so he asked for her to repeat and she says "DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?" Oh fuck sake.
Sunday, we checked out in a hurry and about 30 mins later we realized "OH SHIT WE LEFT THE ENVELOPE WITH OUR MARRIAGE LICENSE THERE!" We ran upstairs and found an Indian housecleaning lady who had barely cleaned the room and we asked if she saw an envelope and she kept acting stupid saying "no....I don't know, actually I don't remember" then she shows me that I left behind my Jadore perfume and I let her know and she goes "I can't give it back to you, it goes to lost and found, they open tomorrow" but her answers were like "I only throw the trash away" but I kept seeing her stock up on fresh linens, so where's the envelope! WE ARE LEAVING TODAY! So we kept trying to explain and there she went "oh I don't know" and my husband goes "you don't know? Do you even understand what I'm telling you?" And she goes "no" She called security and we explained to security what is going on and he let us back in and went to ask her and she said "I don't know" so he got mad and told her to give me my perfume back.
We went to the front desk, got the manager and lead and explained what happened. They ran up to find her and have a talk with her and she says she threw it away. The manager was nice enough to compensate back our hotel fees so we can go purchase a new license.
So now we are keeping an eye on or credit since both our SS were in that envelope. She had a very suspicious look on her face
But no I'm never staying here again!!!!
