I have to say for at least the last 9 years I have been utilizing The Cookie Zoo's services both professionally as a business owner and personally for friends birthdays, barbeques, events, thank yous and the like. Whitney truly has not only excellent customer service skills, her products are absolutely delicious and ALWAYS enjoyed by anyone I send them too. Yesterday, I called her in the morning and I had a variety of 110 delicious just baked cookies delivered to my home by 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. (Plus some extra so my husband wouldn't get into the beautifully wrapped trays!) I was in serious need of them for a public event which I was given short notice of myself--and they were delightfully enjoyed by all. Whitney has always gone above and beyond when it comes to service and quality of product!!!
