I recently rented a car from this location and was EXTREMELY impressed with the customer service I received. Eric picked me up from the collision center. He opened all doors for me leaving the building and getting in and out of the car. When we arrived at Enterprise and the reservation I had was not correct he was apologetic and told me he would do whatever he had to, to make it right. Eric enlisted his co-workers Robert and Sydney to help. Within minutes they provided a solution . All three were incredibly polite and genuine. Upon returning the car Sydney was working the office by herself and still managed to get my car checked in right away while still assisting 2 other customers. Robert knew I was on my lunch hour and dropped everything to get me back to the collision center. This group of people is the perfect example of exemplary customer service!
