My car battery started acting up and so very last minute I swung into Goodyear so I didn't get stranded. They have been servicing our Taurus that is a company car from day one. We have always had good service here and treated well by the staff.
Because my drop-in wasn't scheduled I didn't have a way to get home. I was so surprised when James, offered to give me a ride back home using his own personal vehicle. First he squeezed me in to change the battery last minute and then went over the top to give me a ride home.
I picked up my car later that day and it works great.
James thanks for going above and beyond expectations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. I will let you guys service all of my cars from now on, not just the company car. You guys are GREAT!
